Flipbooks Online Dashboard Explained

About the Dashboard

Once you have created at least a single Flipbook, the Dashboard will become accessible to you on subsequent visits. The dashboard displays a list of issues you’ve created and buttons under each issue for different purposes. Without further ado, let’s examine all of the available functions below.

Publish
If you haven't published a Flipbook you've been working on yet, the Publish button will appear as the first option. Click Publish to begin publishing the Flipbook and you'll receive a link to view it online afterwards.
View
The "View" button replaces "Publish" if the Flipbook has already been published. This is an easy way to launch the Flipbook in a new browser tab. From there, you can copy the URL and send to co-workers, readers or your webmaster for example.
Edit
Click this button to edit the relevant Flipbook. You can then make various changes to the content of your Flipbook in the Flipbook Editor. For example, you can change the look and feel of your Flipbook, add interactive features, and so on!
Share
Provides you with a link to the Flipbook and also lists some common social media sharing buttons. Using these buttons you can easily create a link to your Flipbook on the social media platform of your choice. Alternatively, you can simply copy the Flipbook URL and share it with your audience.
Embed
Provides you with a sample HTML embed code. This embed code can then be used on one of your own web pages, for example.
Settings
In case you created your Flipbook using incorrect Brand and Publication settings, this is where you can fix that! After clicking the button, you'll be able to specify the desired Brand and Publication associated with the Flipbook. Afterwards, click OK and the Flipbook will get re-published using the updated settings.
Update
Use this option if you need to make changes to the source PDF document. For example, you might need to fix typos or update graphics in the document. Simply click Update and the file explorer will appear, allowing you to select the updated PDF that you wish to use for the Flipbook. Please note that all of the original links and other interactive features you added originally will be retained once the Flipbook is updated using the updated PDF.
Delete
Use this feature to remove an existing Flipbook. Please be aware that deleted Flipbooks can't be restored once deleted. Therefore, be careful when deleting your Flipbooks.
