The most common cause of this would be if you signed up for a trial of the desktop software using a different email address (username) than the one you purchased the software with.
When you purchase the desktop software, you will be asked for a delivery email address. The software is then associated with that email address and the account is set up automatically.
It could be that you are still accessing the software as the trial user. To rectify this, please click on File: Refresh Templates and login with the username and password that was provided to you at the time of purchase.
