If you wish to cancel issues from being processed please follow the below steps for Mac and PC.
Mac
To cancel a issue can we please get you to right click on the 3D issue icon in your system tray and click on Queue, Please see the below screenshot.
You will then just need to select the issue and then click the ‘x’ in the top right corner so that your queue is empty.
PC
Can we please get you to navigate to the Queue Manager from your system tray as seen in the image below.
Right click on 3D Issue HotFolder and select Queue as seen in the image below.
You will then just need to select the issue and then click the X in the top right corner so that your queue is empty.
