You are able to add HTML5 animations to your flipbook in the desktop software. The html5 animation feature can be located under the Interactive panel in the Design tab.
To add a pop out animation you would select the HTML5 Button. Please see the below screenshot.
To add a embedded animation you would select the Embedded HTML5 Button. Please see the below screenshot.
