Why Can’t My Team Members See Experios Projects?

When you create a new team member in Experios, they will not immediately have access to your existing Experios projects. Team members have to be assigned to projects using the 3D Issue Central Administration system.

To do so:

  • log in to 3D Issue Central and click on Experios on the left of the screen.
  • Click on the Projects tab
  • Click on the Edit Project icon for the project you wish to assign a user to
  • Click on the Users tab
  • Click on the Assign User button
  • Select each user you wish to assign to the project using the checkboxes on each row of the User list
  • Use the dropdown menus to grant Read Only or Read & Write access
  • Provide start and end dates for access to the project
  • Use the checkbox to send notifications of the granting of access to users, if desired
  • Click on OK
