How Can I Duplicate an Experios Project?

After creating an Experios, if you would like to use the layouts to create future publications, you can save your project as a template and use that as a starting point when you next create a new project.

To do so:

  1. Open the project that you intend to use as a template
  2. Click on the main Experios menu (top-left of your screen)
  3. Select ‘Save As Template’
  4. In the pop-up dialogue box, give your template a name and select a category in which to save it

Then, when you wish to use your template:

  1. Click on the main Experios menu
  2. Select ‘Create New’
  3. Select the template category that contains your template
  4. Select your template from the list that appears (you can filter the displayed templates using the dropdown on the right-hand side of your screen, or alternatively click on the magnifying glass to search for your template by name)
  5. Give your new project a name and select a default style in the pop-up dialogue box that appears
  6. Click ‘OK’

You now have a new project based off the template that you created. From here, you can begin adding/editing/removing content as required for your new Experios.
