After creating an Experios, if you would like to use the layouts to create future publications, you can save your project as a template and use that as a starting point when you next create a new project.
To do so:
- Open the project that you intend to use as a template
- Click on the main Experios menu (top-left of your screen)
- Select ‘Save As Template’
- In the pop-up dialogue box, give your template a name and select a category in which to save it
Then, when you wish to use your template:
- Click on the main Experios menu
- Select ‘Create New’
- Select the template category that contains your template
- Select your template from the list that appears (you can filter the displayed templates using the dropdown on the right-hand side of your screen, or alternatively click on the magnifying glass to search for your template by name)
- Give your new project a name and select a default style in the pop-up dialogue box that appears
- Click ‘OK’
You now have a new project based off the template that you created. From here, you can begin adding/editing/removing content as required for your new Experios.
